  1. Submit a written refund request to our customer service department at info@theghgroup.in within 14 days of the issue arising
  2. Include your project reference number, contact information, and detailed reason for the refund request
  3. Provide any supporting documentation or evidence
  4. Our team will review your request within 7-10 business days
  5. If approved, refunds will be processed within 15 business days

Partial Refunds

In some cases, partial refunds may be issued based on:

  • The percentage of work completed versus paid
  • Cost of materials already purchased for your project
  • Administrative and planning costs incurred
  • Any non-refundable third-party costs

Timing of Refunds

Once approved, refunds will be processed within 15 business days. The time it takes for the refund to reflect in your account may vary depending on your financial institution.
